A new academic publication titled “Al-Wajeez fi Usul al-Tanfeed: An Analytical Study of the Execution Law According to the Latest Amendments” has been released by Dar Al-Thaqafa Publishing House in Amman.

The book is co-authored by Dr. Basel Mahmoud Al-Nawaiseh, Professor of Private Law at Mutah University’s Faculty of Law, along with a group of distinguished Jordanian legal scholars, including Dr. Jamal Al-Din Abdullah Meknas and Dr. Abdullah Yahya Meknas.

This work offers a comprehensive analytical study of Jordan’s Execution Law, incorporating the most recent legislative amendments and practical applications. It aims to provide both legal professionals and students with a clear, updated understanding of procedural and substantive principles governing enforcement actions in civil and commercial matters.

Dr. Basel Al-Nawaiseh emphasized that the book was written to bridge the gap between theory and practice, serving as a valuable guide for lawyers, judges, and postgraduate law students who deal with enforcement procedures in their daily work.

The publication is distinguished by its practical orientation, featuring real-life case examples, procedural templates, and interpretative commentary on judicial practices, making it a significant addition to Arabic legal literature.

By combining doctrinal analysis with practical insight, this book stands as a modern reference in Jordanian enforcement law, expected to assist legal practitioners and students in strengthening their expertise and applying the law effectively in real-world contexts.
