Shreen Bagaeen

 

 

 

 

Shreen Bagaeen holds LLB from Mutah University/ Jordan in 2003.

She is a qualified lawyer since 2005.

Specializing in civil and criminal cases, in addition to the labor and insurance disputes.
She has represented their clients before most of the national courts in Jordan.

Oraib Ahmed Najjar

 

 

 

 

Oraib holds LLB from Philadelphia University/ Jordan in the 2005.

She is a qualified lawyer since 2009.

Specializing in the Civil disputes in general, in addition to the labor and insurance disputes.

She is Interested in the criminal cases and has represented their clients in several cases before the State Security Court, the Military courts in addition to the High Criminal Court.

- Former member of the Arab Organization for Human Rights.

- Former member of the Jordanian Bar Association Cooperation Fund.

She has attended several courses related to the children and women rights, in addition to courses regarding the fair trials right. Moreover, Oraib has participated in workshops on the Jordanian Juvenile Law.

Mohammad's interests lie within the areas of Commercial Contracts, Corporate Law, the International Private Law, Intellectual Property issues in addition to the Maritime Law Sector and the Administrative Law.

Mohammad has attended several courses related to the Human Rights, The International Law and the International Humanitarian Law. Moreover, Mohammad has worked as a lecturer in a number of workshops related to Human Rights issues.
