Advocate Rateb Al-Nawaiseh is a distinguished figure in the Jordanian legal community. He holds an LLB from the University of Baghdad (1981) and has served as senior consultant to numerous companies, banks, and public institutions in Jordan and the region.

He has acted as arbitrator in several domestic and international tribunals, and as lecturer in fields of international commercial arbitration and human rights. 

He is President of the Jordanian Association of Jurists, Member of the Permanent Bureau of the Arab Union of Jurists, Member of the National Team Against Torture, and Senior Lecturer at both the Judicial Institute of Jordan and the University of Jordan’s Faculty of Law.
